The magical World of Enchant is filled with dazzling displays that feel like they come right out of a childhood Christmas dream. Marvel at the 80 ft. Everwhite Tree, glide across the glistening Ice Skating Trail, pose for photos with Santa himself, and sip and savor delicious festive holiday treats every step of the way.

My Involvement

I joined the team as the head of Guest Services for the Las Vegas installation of Enchant Christmas. This was Enchants first time in Las Vegas. I was responsible for daily operations and managing a small team. I also implemented an ADA system of accommodations to create equal access to our attractions. My day-to-day was a constant source of problem-solving over a variety of different departments including meet-and-greet locations, immersive walk-through areas, guest traffic management, and an Ice Skating Rink. Additionally, I was overseeing and assisting with guest conflict resolution and managing and organizing ongoing records and live documents.

Enchant Christmas was such a fun show to be a part of, I was so glad to have been a part of the show. This experience has expanded my skills in customer service, app development and implementation and team management. I look forward to being able to bring my newfound knowlege with me into my next endevour as well as coming back in 2022.
